Choosing Love

Here’s a great practice. Try it for a moment, or an hour. Or really challenge yourself to a whole day…

When you notice yourself judging yourself or someone else, choose love. That is, notice the judgment, and shift it by thinking of someone or something you love easily, and breathe in until you notice the shift in your body. If you have trouble doing this, love how hard it is. Or love that you don’t want to do it.

Play with the power of love. You might want to especially try this out when hearing about the latest news about Iraq.
