Basking in Gratefulness
This is an exquisite exercise from Lynne Twist.
Please take the time to allow yourself to fully
enjoy it!
Focus in on some aspect of your life where you
feel blessed. It might be your partner, your
home, your dog; it might be a beautiful place
you go, an experience, or a moving piece of
music. Take a minute to mentally describe the
magnificence of this blessing to yourself. If
you decide to go further, write down a description
of what it's meant to you. And to fully bask
in gratefulness, tell someone you want to talk
to them for a minute, and verbally describe
this blessing.
This activity is guaranteed to alter both of
you!
