Celebrating Your Existence
Take a minute to do 2-3 Yes breaths, slowly
breathing into your belly as you arch your back,
and breathing out as you flatten it.
Think about something or someone you love easily.
It could be a beautiful landscape, your beloved
dog or cat, a grand piece of music, or a person
in your life. As you think about this, breathe
into your body until the delicious sensations
of love fill your chest (or wherever else you
notice them).
As you notice these sensations, simultaneously
notice your body. Have the two awarenesses at
the same time. Allow your body to fill with
love as you notice loving your body (FOR NO
GOOD REASON).
Try out these thoughts, as you notice loving
your body:
• I choose this body.
• I choose this life.
• I want this body.
• I want this life.
• I love my body.
• I love my life.
Process whatever feelings (fear, joy, sadness,
anger, sexual) come up by breathing and moving
through them.
